I use Zoom to live-stream, it's very easy and free to use (no subscription).  You get to participate in a regular class with other students, you can choose to say hi, be visible or turn off your video camera and audio.  It's a great way to practice in the comfort of your own home!  Happy to answer any questions if needed.

 

Classes of varied and creative sequences of postures, in a flowing style and interspersed with longer holds, building strength and flexibility.  Breath focus is integrated throughout class, helping to quieten the mind and revitalise.  I will offer modifications where needed and encourage continued development, with options for those who would like try more advanced postures.  Suitable for all levels: beginners and experienced yogis, all are welcome.

I also have a new "yoga basics" session, perfect for beginners or anyone interested in revisiting the fundamentals.

Price update during live streaming / recorded classes, £6 per class with discounts available.
