MUM AND BABY YOGA
Classes are online via Zoom, and in person at Shackleford, Surrey, GU8. It's a great way to connect with others, and practice in the comfort of your own home. If you book and then can't come, I'll send a link to the class recording, available for up to 48 hours replay. Happy to answer any questions.
The postnatal period is a very special time for mothers and babies, full of great change and adjustment. Yoga can help to provide much needed support, and promote physical and emotional stability. Babies are welcome at the classes – practices for mothers are designed to re-energize, strengthen the body and promote relaxation, integrated with singing and movement for the babies. Classes are nurturing and supportive, friendly and relaxed and encourage improvisation and play.
I have kept prices for online classes low, however if you are experiencing financial hardship and can't pay please contact me. I would like to make my classes accessible for everyone who needs yoga.
I am also a postnatal doula, and provide support for women throughout pregnancy, labour and birth and the postnatal period. I will provide emotional, practical and informational support to help you have the most positive experience of birth and mothering.
