Classes are in person at Shackleford village hall, GU8 6AE, and also streamed online via Zoom. It's a great way to connect with others, and practice in the comfort of your own home.  If you book and then can't come, I'll send a link to the class recording, replay for one week.  Happy to answer any questions.

The postnatal period is a very special time for mothers and babies, full of great change and adjustment. Yoga can help to provide much needed support, and promote physical and emotional stability. Babies are welcome at the classes – practices for mothers are designed to re-energize, strengthen the body and promote relaxation, integrated with singing and movement for the babies. Classes are nurturing and supportive, friendly and relaxed and encourage improvisation and play.

I am also a postnatal doula, and provide support for women throughout  pregnancy, labour and birth and the postnatal period.   I will provide emotional, practical and informational support to help you have the most positive experience of birth and mothering.

Please get in touch with me for an informal chat.

"I always say you must do some yoga with Louise, she's the best out there. Classes are supportive and reasonably priced. She's helped me so much post partum and I am so grateful.  Keep doing what you're doing! Thank you for being a rock to us all, you have made the last few months so much easier to deal with." "I have been going to Louise's mum & baby yoga with my little boy since he was two months has been the highlight of both our week's! Louise's calm presence and nurturing approach help me to be kinder to myself and go at my own pace, something I take with me into the week, not just with the yoga moves themselves. My little boy also loves the atmosphere, baby songs and activities, and we always leave feeling calm and contented. I can highly recommend this class and only wish I'd known about it before!"  Emma
