Retreats
Mindful, embodied retreats designed to bring you home to yourself.
Emergence:
A Spring Retreat for Rest, Clarity and Renewal
18th - 25th April 2026
Step into spring with a sense of spaciousness and renewal.
Join Louise in the Alpujarra mountains of southern Spain for a week of mindfulness, movement, and calm reflection. This retreat offers time to pause and reconnect with what you need — to feel centred, nourished, and ready to explore new possibilities.

Each day balances mindful yoga, embodied meditation, and unhurried rest — inviting insight, focus, and ease. Together we’ll create space to listen inwardly, to move with awareness, and to reconnect with a quieter, steadier sense of joy.

Our home for the week is Las Chimeneas, a charming, family-run retreat centre in the small village of Mairena. With stone-built houses, wide terraces, and panoramic views over olive groves and mountain valleys, it’s a place that naturally invites stillness, presence, and inspiration.

Grounded and Nourished
Women's Retreat in Cornwall
15th- 18th October 2026 (limited places)
A retreat to return to yourself and be nourished by the earth — a sanctuary for mind, body, and spirit.
Following the success of our retreat here in 2025, I'm delighted to return to this venue.
You’re invited to spend 4 days in the magical ‘forgotten’ corner of Cornwall, at the uniquely special venue of Erth Barton, an historical, organic, ethical and riverside retreat. Nestled on it’s own private peninsula and surrounded by nature, Erth is a place to drop your shoulders and your burdens and reconnect to what matters most.
Join this small group of women to explore practices including yoga, Insight Meditation, deep rest, nature walks, nourishing meals, and perhaps a wild swim as you recalibrate your nervous system and return to wholeness, strength and joy.
