This isn't a generic meditation course. It's designed specifically for time-poor, hardworking women in midlife who are giving so much to others that they've lost touch with themselves.

Midlife is a time of profound change. It's an exceptionally busy season - you might be caring for kids or aging parents, navigating a demanding career, or managing all of the above. The mental and emotional load is real. Many of us find our nervous systems stretched, and we cycle between exhaustion, reactivity, and overwhelm.

But midlife is also an invitation. Things feel less certain, and that uncertainty can be uncomfortable - but it's also an opening. You might be questioning what you really want, feeling stuck, or noticing that old identities don't quite fit anymore. The roles you've played are shifting, and beneath the busyness, you're wondering: who am I beyond all this doing?
What's really needed is space.
This season of life asks you to pause, even briefly, and reconnect with yourself. Through mindful, loving awareness, you can settle your nervous system, find inner steadiness, and gain clarity on what you truly value. Practice helps you discover what brings you joy, what feels aligned, and who you're becoming.

Midlife brings emotional intensity - resentment, anger, anxiety, grief, loneliness. Rather than pushing these feelings away, self-kindness and self-compassion help you meet them as messengers. They're signals pointing to unmet needs. With training, you can accept or even welcome these ups and downs, using them as guides toward authentic self-awareness and self-care.
This is where mindfulness can help.
Learning with a teacher and practising in a group offers something you can't get from an app or a book. You're held in a supportive container. You learn from each other's experiences. You realise you're not the only one struggling - and that alone is powerful. There's accountability, guidance, and the chance to ask questions and get real answers.

Over six weeks, you'll learn practical mindfulness and simple embodiment practices that help you:

-
Settle your nervous system
-
Create space in your overcrowded life
-
Reconnect with your body and your breath
-
Work with difficult emotions and thoughts skillfully
-
Cultivate self-compassion and self-acceptance
-
Respond rather than react
-
Reduce overthinking and overwhelm
-
Slow down without stopping everything

These aren't techniques you practise on a retreat and forget. These are tools you can use when you're stressed out at work, worrying at 3am, or feeling disconnected from your joy.
